What You'll Be Doing As our Lead Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen while delivering high-quality dishes that delight every guest. Leading and mentoring a team of kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Assisting in menu planning and contributing innovative ideas for seasonal offerings.
Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
Collaborating with the management team to improve kitchen efficiency and overall guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For We’re seeking a skilled professional with a passion for culinary excellence and leadership. At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
Exceptional cooking skills and a creative approach to food preparation.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
A commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen.
Serve safe certification preferred
