Full-Time Bookkeeper (Accounting)

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Record daily transactions into QuickBooks with speed and accuracy
Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
Reconcile and record intercompany transactions
Review AR Aging and collections weekly
Oversee accounts payable and vendor payment tracking
Monitor and support inventory data integrity
Ensure sales tax preparation and invoicing are completed on time
Support the controller with month-end close and reporting
Maintain accurate, up-to-date general ledger records
Provide financial insights to support leadership decision-making
What Success Looks Like (KPIs & Deliverables) Clean, timely, and accurate bookkeeping
All accounts reconciled monthly without error
On-time invoicing and sales tax reporting
Financial statements supported and submitted on schedule
Proactive communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams
What You Bring (Qualifications) Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks (Required)
Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reconciliations and reporting
High attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not required
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or inventory-heavy environments a plus
Compensation & Hours Full Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Every Other Saturdays, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
