Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following established protocols.
Assess test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and execute routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Assist with specimen collection and ensure proper sample preparation for testing purposes.
Thoroughly document all procedures, provide training to new staff or students, and strive to meet laboratory quality benchmarks.
Maintain a tidy, secure workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health qualification plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hiring.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
