This full-time position is primarily focused on providing exceptional orthopedic care in a home care setting. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical therapy needs, functional limitations, and rehabilitation potential.

Utilize a variety of treatment methods—such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and modalities—to effectively manage pain and enhance mobility.

Track patient progress meticulously, documenting treatments and patient responses to ensure optimal recovery paths.

Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain licensure and enhance clinical skills.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient demographic ranging from young athletes to older adults, each requiring specific rehabilitation strategies for conditions such as post-operative recovery, sports-related injuries, and chronic joint pain. Your efforts in delivering personalized care will directly contribute to improving their functional mobility and quality of life.

A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.

Proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems.

A flexible and adaptive approach to patient care.

While prior experience in an orthopedic setting is beneficial, newly graduated physical therapists are encouraged to apply, as mentorship opportunities will be provided to support your development and integration into our practice.
