We are seeking a dependable Bookkeeper with 5+ years of bookkeeping experience to join a growing team in West Hollywood. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, and the successful candidate will manage core bookkeeping activities, maintain accurate records, and help ensure timely processing of transactions.

Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and keeping bookkeeping data organized and up to date.
Reconcile bank statements and internal financial records regularly to identify discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
Use QuickBooks to enter, review, and manage accounting information across routine bookkeeping functions.
Assist with information and supporting documentation for internal review or standard accounting activities.
Complete monthly reconciliations for credit cards, investigating and correcting discrepancies as needed.
Post financial transactions in databases.
5+ years of bookkeeping experience

Working knowledge of general bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
Experience in a fast-paced high-volume accounting environment.

This position is onsite 5 days a week at our West Hollywood Office

30+ per hour
