Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—following established guidelines.

Evaluate results for exactness, identify and troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.

Maintain meticulous documentation of all processes, mentor new team members, and help uphold laboratory quality standards.

Ensure a sanitized, safe workspace and comply with regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within the first year of employment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
