Licensed Practical Nurse - Night Shift - Health Care

Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care
Location: Rochester, NY
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 3x12.0 shifts: Days/Evenings/Nights, weekends, on call and holidays as needed.
Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care for geriatric residents in a long-term care environment. Responsibilities include direct patient care, conducting assessments, documentation, and implementing nursing care plans. The RN will also oversee LPN and CNA colleagues and administer medications. Strong communication, flexibility, and delegation skills are highly desirable.

Provide direct patient care to residents
Conduct assessments and document care
Implement and oversee nursing plans of care
Supervise LPN and CNA colleagues
Administer medications
Maintain excellent communication with staff and families

Current NYS RN License
Two (2) years of experience in a long-term care setting
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
