At K&L Gates, we are looking for smart, imaginative, and hard‑working people to join our Insurance Recovery and Counseling practice group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and experience counseling and representing policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, including arbitrations.
You will counsel policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation, support the practice team in a fast‑paced environment, and collaborate on cases requiring intricate policy analysis and arbitration.
from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Minimum of 3‑6 years of legal experience
Ability to analyze and interpret complex insurance policies, endorsements, exclusions, and coverage frameworks
