Limitless Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and dynamic Physical Therapist to join our team at our outpatient orthopedic clinic located in the beautiful community of Port Jervis, New York. Limitless Physical Therapy is a well-established outpatient orthopedic clinic that prides itself on delivering high-quality, individualized patient care. Our team of skilled professionals is committed to fostering a collaborative environment that allows therapists to thrive both personally and professionally. In our modern and welcoming facility in Port Jervis, your work setting will be primarily onsite, surrounded by state-of-the-art equipment and a supportive clinical team. Operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, we offer a structured schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance. The clinic utilizes a combination of evidence-based practices, advanced therapeutic technologies, and a patient-first approach to ensure effective treatment plans tailored to each individual.

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to assess each patient's medical history, physical abilities, and rehabilitation goals.

Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy techniques, exercise programs, and advanced rehabilitation strategies.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes while maintaining thorough documentation in our electronic health records system.

Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation procedures, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs.

Our clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedics, and you will work with a diverse population of patients ranging from post-operative individuals to athletes recovering from injuries, as well as those dealing with chronic pain or degenerative conditions. You will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to each patient's recovery process while collaborating closely with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Current and valid New York Physical Therapist license.

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Prior experience in orthopedic rehabilitation or familiarity with specialized therapeutic modalities is a plus.
