Head of Strategy (Remote)
Midi Health, Inc.
To support the expansion of strategic partnerships, the remote Manager/Senior Manager, Strategic Alliances will own and grow a portfolio of channel partners, develop partnership strategies, and drive accountability for performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned Strategic Alliance partners, managing onboarding and ongoing engagement
Own the development and activation of pipeline opportunities, collaborating with internal sales teams to close strategic enterprise opportunities
Develop measurable activation plans and lead performance reporting and strategic planning sessions with partners
Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, or channel sales
Experience working with enterprise healthcare customers, health plans, or benefits consultants
Proven ability to generate and close new business opportunities through partner channels
Exceptional relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
