We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Procurement and Logistics Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain strong vendor relationships. This role ensures the smooth operation of purchasing, order expediting, and import/export processes, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing department while complying with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Support the procurement process by liaising with vendors, tracking supplies, and expediting orders and deliveries through regular communication, including daily follow-ups.
Monitor transportation, shipping, and delivery schedules with carriers and vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, inventory data, and logistics activities in electronic and paper-based filing systems for easy retrieval.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs within procurement and logistics functions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, environmental, quality, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in managing and coordinating the import/export activities to ensure compliance and efficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Personal Attributes:
Excellent communication, training, and documentation skills.
Ability to conduct safety inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments effectively.
Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
