Charleston, West Virginia (Hybrid) - Enjoy the flexibility of working three days in the office and two days remotely each week.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in West Virginia and have at least 2+ yrs of business law litigation experience. We are a nationally recognized law firm serving businesses of all sizes with sophisticated legal counsel across litigation, corporate, and regulatory matters. Represent clients in complex business and commercial litigation matters.
Manage cases through all phases of litigation.
Participate in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances.
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups.
Deliver strategic legal advice while maintaining exceptional client service.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
2+ yrs of business law litigation experience
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong academic credentials.
Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus.
