Carry out both routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses—chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—while adhering to established protocols.
Examine results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform necessary preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
Support specimen collection, when necessary, and prepare samples for testing.
Ensure meticulous documentation of all procedures, assist in training new staff or students, and uphold the highest laboratory quality standards.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation criteria.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health qualification, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within one year of hiring.
