Temporary Administrative/Professional Positions

Workway

Currently, we have an Administrative Assistant opportunity with a Wealth and Financial Advisor company in North Dallas.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Manage CRM systems, including data entry, client database maintenance, and reporting.
Administer financial services platforms (Box, EZ-App, Investment e-App, underwriting systems).
Coordinate case management, underwriting, and application processing.
Provide administrative support to financial advisors and wealth management teams.
Deliver high-level customer service and client relationship support.
Prepare, edit, and proofread business correspondence and documentation.
Process client communications and documentation with Home Office.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience in administrative support (financial services preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
