CNC Machinist - 1st & 2nd Shifts Available

We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Machinist with strong set up and inspection skills to join our Exlar team for a unique machining opportunity!

As our Machinist, you will produce metal parts to specifications using CNC machine tools. You will have the ability to do basic machine set-up, quality control and minor machine maintenance when required.

1. st shift: Monday to Friday - Flexible shift start times between 5:00 am - 7:00 am CST
2. nd shift: Salary/hourly rate: $25.00 - $35.00 (2nd shift receives differential pay)

Prove out new CNC programs and provide recommendations to improve existing programs and tooling.

Perform inspection and measurements on manufactured parts using drawings and inspection sheets.

Perform setup on machines using setup sheets and on the job training.

Preferred 5+ years of experience operating and setting up CNC machine tools, but similar experiences and skills will be considered.

Experience performing measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection instruments.

Prove out new CNC programs and provide recommendations to improve existing programs and tooling.
