Experience: Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting.
Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
Use the nursing process for accurate assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medication, perform procedures, and monitor patient status.
Document all care activities accurately and promptly.
What You Need

Required:
Active RN license in Louisiana or applicable state
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
CPI Certification
ACLS and PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
Proficiency with computers and healthcare software
Good communication, organizational, and judgment skills

Preferred:
Certification in clinical specialty area
