Experience: Minimum of 12 months permanent experience in specialty applying for required.
License: Permanent state license or compact license in hand at time of submission required.
Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Must-Have:

• ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessments are required during orientation with acceptable scores needed.
• Traveler must work every other holiday.

Description:
Registered Nurse in a step-down unit.
Potential to float to other specialized areas to care for the same patient population.
Rotating shifts will be required.
Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs.
Must have permanent experience in specialty applying for.
Active required certifications must be in hand at the time of submission.
References from management are required to qualify for submission.
He/she must receive an acceptable score on all assessments during orientation.
Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months, followed by a required 6-month break.
Candidates are required to complete all necessary background checks and documentation in a timely manner.
Compliance with annual competency requirements is needed for ongoing contracts.
All travelers, except specified roles, must be nicotine-free within the required timeframe.
