Administrative Assistant - Boston, MA We are seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant position with a leading private equity firm located in Boston, MA. The Administrative Assistant will support senior leadership while managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements (domestic and international), and maintaining logistics. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of administrative experience within professional services.
This is a 6+ month contract-to-hire position that will pay $25-30/hr within a 40-hour workweek. This position supports a hybrid work model, onsite 4 days per week, remote 1 day per week.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and travel logistics.
Prepare high-quality, detail-oriented materials, including client reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing packets.
Process expense reports, manage correspondence, maintain filing systems, and provide day-to-day administrative support.
Assist with special projects, company events, and visitor coordination.
Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
0-2 years of administrative experience within a professional services environment.
Previous experience in the investment management or financial services industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies and improving processes.
Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and dependability when handling confidential information.
