Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online

Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings

Bonus Points If You Have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR BOOKKEEPER

You'll work directly with our General Manager to keep our financial engine running smoothly:

Manage all core accounting functions (A/R, A/P, payroll, etc.)

Maintain and update QuickBooks Online with precision

Generate accurate reports and financial insights

Perform data entry and project cost analysis

Assist with administrative tasks, including:

Data analysis

Part-Time | Primarily Remote

Flexible schedule

Weekly in-office meeting required during business hours

Shifts vary but fall within business hours
