This is an in-person, on-site position based in our Lakewood administration building.

As our HR Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for Human Resources, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily HR operations, employee transactions, payroll support, compliance activities, and a variety of administrative processes that keep the department running smoothly.

Serve as the primary contact for the HR phone line, email inbox, and employee inquiries.

Coordinate HR transactions, onboarding, personnel records, and department communications.

Assist with payroll administration, compliance tracking, audits, and credential management.

Support employee lifecycle activities, annual HR processes, and departmental projects.

Maintain accurate records while delivering timely, confidential, and customer-focused service.

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping others. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, can successfully manage multiple priorities, maintains strict confidentiality, and is committed to delivering exceptional support to employees and leaders. Experience in Human Resources, payroll, or office administration is preferred.

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Human Resources certification or coursework preferred.

Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources, payroll, or office administration.

Experience providing exceptional customer service in a professional office environment.

Experience maintaining confidential information and coordinating multiple administrative processes.

Knowledge of general office practices, administrative procedures, and customer service principles.

Working knowledge of Human Resources principles and employment practices.

Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Ability to effectively multitask while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and a high level of customer service.

Ability to prioritize work independently, exercise sound judgment, and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and administrative processes simultaneously.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and other business software.

May involve repetitive motions, including keyboarding and handling office equipment.

Ability to navigate office environments, including walking between workstations, meeting rooms, and member service areas.

Travel may be required as needed to support business operations and organizational needs.
