Sous Chef - Lead Line, Menu Dev & Kitchen Ops

The Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, MI is seeking a Regular Full-Time Line Cook to assist in daily specials and menu development, attend pre-service briefings, and ensure proper mise en place before service. You will coordinate with FOH and KDS staff, check stock, label and rotate items, and monitor sanitation, temperatures, and equipment so meals meet standards. Requirements: 2–3 years of line cook experience, culinary degree preferred, high school diploma, and the ability to communicate #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
