Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine therapy needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship challenges.

• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records according to professional and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health.

• Collaborate with a network of over 10,000 therapists for shared insights and referral opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on engaging with adults who are primarily categorized as low-acuity clients. This includes individuals dealing with mild to moderate mental health issues—such as anxiety, depression, and grief—who require stable support without the involvement of complex or severe mental health cases. By working within this specific population, you will be positioned to foster effective therapeutic relationships and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must possess a Full Independent LPCC license, free from any disciplinary actions.

• Reliable internet connection and the required equipment, including a working phone and a PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).
