Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be expected to:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to assess and address a wide range of psychological and relational issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate communication and conflict resolution among family members.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients' needs, challenges, and goals.

• Provide ongoing support and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Document patient care through accurate record-keeping following HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and refer clients to additional services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients including adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
