Sales Director (B2B Ingredients - QSR/Foodservice)

Overview QLM Search is partnering with a specialist ingredients group that is looking to appoint a Sales Director. Reporting to the VP Sales and forming part of the leadership team, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 5 year commercial strategy in this specialist division. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business across the QSR category. Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential. Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches. Qualifications Candidates MUST have proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager / Sales Director within the Ingredients or Flavors industry and specifically deep rooted knowledge of QSR, ideally bakery/confectionary/sweet categories. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a small team. You need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Ingredients with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation.
