In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients from various backgrounds by providing comprehensive teletherapy services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, focusing on their severity, frequency, and duration of experiences.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support client recovery.
\n
• Provide informative resources and emotional support to clients and their families, educating them on mood disorders and effective self-care practices.
\n
• Track and monitor client progress throughout treatment, adapting the plan as necessary to achieve the best results.
\n
• Maintain close cooperation with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members, ensuring holistic care through regular consultations.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continuously refine therapeutic practices.

• Ensure diligent and accurate documentation of client sessions, adhering to all compliance and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development initiatives to elevate clinical expertise and share knowledge.

• Become a strong advocate for client needs, helping to de-stigmatize mental health challenges while promoting access and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. This diverse clientele may include individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, each requiring unique therapeutic approaches and interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage Family Therapy, or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrated familiarity with social, emotional, and behavioral disorders, particularly in adult populations.
\n
• Knowledge of California laws and professional ethics within mental health practices.
\n
• Must successfully pass a background check through the FBI and DOJ.
\n
• Recent TB test completed within the last six months.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably with a focus on mood disorders.

• Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with digital platforms for therapy.
\n
• A strong understanding of client advocacy and community resource navigation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
