Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients, effectively determining their mental health needs and formulating personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote positive outcomes.

• Monitor and document client progress toward established treatment goals, employing a data-driven approach to modify and enhance therapeutic strategies as needed.

• Respond to clients experiencing crises by implementing immediate intervention strategies and developing safety plans to mitigate risks.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external community resources to ensure clients receive comprehensive support, bridging gaps in care where necessary.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and prepare reports in compliance with ethical standards, upholding confidentiality and professional integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your role will focus on empowering these individuals and their families, fostering resilience, and guiding them through their challenges with targeted therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year for this full-time position, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
