Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) systems, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines while keeping patient information confidential.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about advancements in mental health practices, attending workshops, and participating in team training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients represent a diverse range of ages and backgrounds, seeking support for various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.

• At least 2 years of experience delivering counseling services, ideally in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision plans, along with a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
