Licensed and Experienced Physical Therapist - Full-Time at Rehabilitation Center

Position Overview

Trigger Physical Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at our Hoboken, New Jersey rehabilitation center. Work Environment

This role will be performed onsite at our well-equipped rehabilitation center, which is tailored to ensure a comfortable and effective healing setting for our patients. Working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to creating individualized care plans and ensuring they are executed with precision and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions by gathering medical histories and performing comprehensive assessments to identify their unique rehabilitation objectives.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at improving patients' mobility and overall functional capabilities.
• Effectively manage a caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring quality time and individualized attention are given to each treatment session.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate recovery.
• Regularly consult with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize care coordination and enhance patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to align with recovery goals.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient interactions, evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to all regulatory and insurance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents and adults recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your expertise in physical therapy will be crucial in helping these patients regain functionality, improve their quality of life, and prevent future injuries.

Qualifications

• An accredited Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid New Jersey state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in providing physical therapy services, specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• A pristine professional record, free of any disciplinary actions or board-related issues.
• Demonstrable proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescriptions.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years is required, we welcome applicants with extensive experience in specialized areas such as sports rehabilitation, post-operative care, and chronic pain management. Advanced certifications in manual therapy or related specialties will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
