Work Environment

The physical therapists typically work Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options including standard shifts from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine physical therapy needs and develop tailored intervention plans addressing mobility limitations.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and exercises to enhance patient strength, coordination, balance, and overall physical function.
• Implement evidence-based strategies and rehabilitation protocols to facilitate recovery from conditions such as orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless communication and comprehensive treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, exercise programs, and prevention strategies to avoid future injuries.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a relevant field from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits
