Work Environment

You will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, which is designed to offer a comfortable and integrated space for treatment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions to establish tailored treatment goals and plans.
• Implement and adjust individualized therapeutic programs that ensure optimal patient outcomes through hands-on treatment techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making modifications to treatment plans as necessary to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate integrated care.
• Adhere strictly to the New Jersey State Practice Act and the professional Code of Ethics set forth by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
• Participate in internal team meetings to discuss case studies, share insights, and develop collective strategies for patient care.
• Perform administrative duties as needed, including documentation and attending to patient inquiries.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients. Your experience in orthopedic rehabilitation will be vital as you tailor your treatment plans to meet the specific rehabilitation needs across various age groups and physical conditions. This variety will ensure that you face engaging challenges that contribute significantly to the community's health and well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in the State of New Jersey as a licensed Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing high-quality physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic techniques, anatomy, and physiology related to orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation facility, particularly focusing on both inpatient and outpatient services.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient care and treatment plans efficiently.
• Specialized training or certifications in areas such as manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or aquatic therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
