Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments leveraging evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to help clients cultivate coping strategies and achieve their mental health goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards, demonstrating your commitment to ethical practice.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, participating in treatment planning and case discussions to ensure holistic care of clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through regular case reviews, peer consultations, and continuing education opportunities, to stay current with mental health best practices.

• Provide education and emotional support to clients and their families, guiding them to better understand mental health issues and available resources within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
