The position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to contribute from the comfort of your own home while still collaborating closely with a team of professionals. Our office operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of new patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Implement diverse therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities to support client progress toward their mental health goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, diligently ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards to protect client privacy.

• Collaborate with a passionate treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide integrated, comprehensive care through regular case consultations.

• Participate in ongoing peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues to continuously enhance the care provided to clients.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment strategies, coping mechanisms, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

• Stay informed about the latest research developments and advancements in mental health theory and practice to ensure the delivery of high-quality, up-to-date treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of a diverse range of clients affected by various mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and more complex psychological conditions. Working with individuals from different backgrounds and life experiences, you will aid them in their journey towards healing and recovery by providing tailored therapeutic interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, allowing you to adapt your therapeutic approach based on each client's unique circumstances.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients and collaboration with team members.

• Proficient problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address client needs effectively and independently.
