Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to gather essential information about clients’ mental health histories and current concerns.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable therapeutic goals, evaluating progress regularly.

• Provide one-on-one therapeutic sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize our teletherapy platform to conduct virtual sessions, making mental health support more accessible to clients facing challenges such as mobility issues or geographical barriers.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer supervision, aiming to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals coping with a wide range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• Hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative therapeutic relationship.

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients.

• Display excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While demonstrated qualifications are critical, we also value experience in various therapeutic modalities, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches. Familiarity with telehealth practice and the ability to engage clients virtually is highly desirable. Experience with underserved populations and crisis intervention skills will also be an asset.
