Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for adolescent and young adult clients to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to promote healing and resilience.

• Leverage our case management software to maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress and therapy outcomes.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians in regular case discussions to share insights and enhance treatment approaches.

• Engage in continuous professional development through access to free continuing education units (CEUs) and online training resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on providing exceptional care to adolescents and young adults facing mental health challenges. With a maximum of eight clients in each group session, therapists have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and engage in-depth with clients, fostering an environment conducive to sustainable healing. Our approach emphasizes collaboration and empowerment, ensuring that clients feel heard and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of independently-licensed credentials such as LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT. Junior-licensed clinicians will be considered and receive supervision.

• Availability for a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions, or up to 40 hours per week for full-time W2 roles.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in providing remote therapy or telehealth services is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with treatment approaches specific to adolescents and young adults, particularly regarding trauma-informed care and substance use interventions.

• Experience working within a team-oriented environment and participating in multidisciplinary case discussions.
