Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Elmira Counseling Services, your daily responsibilities include:

• Conducting regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for upcoming appointments or discharges when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans that center on each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client to track their journey effectively.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information that informs treatment strategies.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions and ensuring that each client receives dedicated attention and care.

• Engaging in regular supervision sessions for professional growth and clinical guidance.
