We are seeking a resourceful, hands-on Personal Assistant / Household Manager to support a busy entrepreneur and content creator. This role combines personal assistance, household operations, and project coordination across multiple residences. The ideal candidate takes ownership from start to finish- researching options, finding reliable service providers, coordinating the work, and following through. They should be comfortable building systems and vendor relationships, using sound judgment, and adapting to changing priorities.

Candidates should be based in the Miami to Delray Beach area and available for frequent, short-notice travel, including approximately three months in New Jersey each summer. The role offers opportunities to take on additional business and content-related responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the principals calendar, appointments, daily schedule, and email correspondence.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
• Handle personal and business errands, purchases, household organization, and daily needs.
• Independently research, source, and vet vendors and contractors across multiple residences.
• Meet contractors at properties, explain project requirements, obtain and compare quotes, and present vetted recommendations to the principal.
• Coordinate property maintenance and household projects from initial research through completion, tracking timelines, outstanding tasks, and quality of work.
• Build and maintain vendor contacts, household procedures, and organized digital and physical systems.
• Drive the principal and family members as needed and coordinate vehicle maintenance and service.
• Provide occasional content support, such as filming a quick video or assisting with a basic edit.
• Travel frequently, including short-notice trips and approximately three months in New Jersey each summer.
• Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality in all personal and business matters.

Qualifications

• Based within commuting distance of Miami or Delray Beach.
• Available for frequent domestic and international travel, including extended summer stays in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to independently research, coordinate, and complete tasks.
• Strong practical judgment, problem-solving skills, and follow-through.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive.
• Comfortable learning new software and working in a fast-paced content creator environment.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to assist with errands, household needs, and changing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a family and household environment.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Familiarity with luxury vehicles and manual transmission is a plus
• Production, entertainment, social media, filming, or basic video-editing experience is a plus.

Salary: $60,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience.
