Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring that each interaction adheres to established professional standards and practices.

• Implement solution-focused treatment methodologies tailored to meet individual client needs, using evidence-based approaches to support client progress.

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and strategies to aid clients in their journey of personal growth.

• Encourage clients to gain insights into their experiences, fostering a deep understanding of their feelings, thoughts, and relationships.

• Regularly evaluate and monitor clients’ progress throughout their treatment plans, adjusting strategies as needed to promote healthy coping mechanisms and sustained improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required for this role.
