Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to establish effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s unique situation.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards using Simple Practice.

• Engage in care coordination with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive treatment.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in continuing education and staying abreast of advancements in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
