Your role will encompass working with a wide range of adult clients experiencing varying degrees and types of mental health issues. The remote format enables you to reach clients from diverse backgrounds, including those in underserved communities, ensuring equitable access to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. Candidates must be actively licensed as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Bachelor’s Degree is the minimum educational requirement, a Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. Prior experience in delivering individual therapy is highly desirable, particularly using telehealth platforms. A strong familiarity with technology to facilitate remote counseling sessions is expected, as well as demonstrated interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
