Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments and evaluations to better understand each client's mental health needs, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions tailored to clients' unique circumstances, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Offer optional teletherapy to accommodate clients who prefer virtual interactions or have accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive the ongoing support they require.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent on experience and caseload, along with a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our team.
