Estate & Corporate Paralegal - Docs, Due Diligence, Closings
JBA International
JBA International seeks a paralegal to support attorneys in trust and estates transactions, including documentation, due diligence, and closing activities. You will be part of the Corporate department, reporting to your team’s attorneys. Responsibilities include drafting and maintaining estate documents, planning asset funding, court accountings and probate administration, and coordinating with clients on calls and correspondence.
