Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring timely and effective support for patients in acute distress while coordinating with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries to align with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Empower clients through psychoeducation, enabling them and their families to effectively manage mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers—to ensure cohesive, comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a patient’s health.
