Remote Account Manager

Building lasting client relationships, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations on services, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management. Key responsibilities Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business opportunities and upselling prospects Utilize proprietary sales tools to convert leads into clients and maintain positive business relationships Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality presentations and develop strategic account plans Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles within the IT/Tech industry Proven track record in customer relationship management and closing deals Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills Experience as a Software Engineer or a degree in Computer Science or related IT field is a plus
