Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients’ mental health issues, using standardized tools and clinical interviews to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant therapeutic approaches, ensuring alignment with each client’s goals.

• Provide therapeutic services through individual, family, or group sessions, addressing various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and providing immediate support and resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and HIPAA-compliant records, ensuring proper accountability and legal compliance.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, working closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about relevant mental health topics, treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to remain abreast of best practices and the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a minimum of two years’ related experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
