Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs and set actionable therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' unique objectives, employing evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing a variety of solution-focused approaches tailored to meet their specific situations.

• Deliver virtual therapy through our telehealth platform, ensuring that sessions are both effective and engaging.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients as needed, employing compassion and expertise to navigate complex situations.

• Engage in continual professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and keeping up-to-date with current mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes a diverse group of adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological concerns. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Washington.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude in therapeutic settings.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities that contribute to effective case management.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions related to licensure.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Experience utilizing teletherapy techniques and tools effectively with clients.
\n
• Familiarity with multiple therapeutic modalities and practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
