Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Heart Share, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that are empowering and supportive, allowing young adults to share their experiences and learn from one another in a safe environment.

• Conducting one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, helping them explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborating with clients to create personalized treatment plans that target their specific goals, preferences, and challenges.
\n
• Monitoring patient progress using various assessment tools, providing feedback to clients, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
\n
• Engaging with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, coordinating communication and consultation on complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing care to young adults aged 18 to 30, particularly those experiencing difficulties related to mental health challenges. Our evidence-based and holistic outpatient treatment programs are designed to address issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, through methods that respect individual experiences and promote healing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid LPC license in the state of Colorado.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
\n
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience working in a mental health setting.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experiences are highly preferred:

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with digital health technologies.

• Previous work with young adults and knowledge of their unique mental health needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
