Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to determine individual patient needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on these assessments.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's preferences and circumstances.
• Maintaining up-to-date and meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy and ensure compliance.
• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide integrated care for patients.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review discussions to continuously improve clinical practices and patient outcomes.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources.
• Staying current with the latest research trends and developments in mental health to enhance your clinical expertise and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LICSW at our clinic, you will work with a varied patient demographic, addressing a wide array of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license issued by the state of Washington.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, with demonstrable proficiency in various therapeutic techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and empathetic skills essential for building trusted relationships with clients.
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling effective case management and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
