The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, utilizing solution-focused techniques to identify client needs and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and safety of all client information.

• Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports a diverse population of clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
