Key Qualifications:

• Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license (required)
• Previous experience in school-based pediatric or adolescent OT
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage moderate caseloads across elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Reliable and organized, with a positive, flexible approach to varying needs
• Must cover the cost of $85 CBC fingerprinting and confirm awareness/agreement before placement
• Only licensed OTs will be considered (COTAs not eligible for this assignment)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy services onsite
• Assess, develop, and implement therapy goals to support students’ IEPs
• Consult and collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families
• Maintain progress records and provide input for planning meetings
• Work across 1-2 assigned campuses, depending on position (elementary, split assignments, or middle/high school)
• Fulfill a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
