Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based
Location: Wilmington, DE
Term: Immediate Start – June 8, 2027
Hours: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week (30-min unpaid lunch)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
We are hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for an immediate onsite opening supporting students in Wilmington, Delaware for the full 2026–2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to assess fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver direct therapy aligned with student IEP goals.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support classroom accommodations.
Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation for IEP meetings.
Requirements:
Licensure: Active Delaware Occupational Therapist (OT) State License.
Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Experience: Prior school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred.
